Computer Application Centre : Conducts comprehensive training in Information Technology, coordination of procurement & AMC for all IT assets of the establishment, development of multimedia packages & simulators. The training aids at the centre include Networked classrooms, Multimedia lab, Simulator complex, Network laboratory, Integrated Training Simulator and broadband Internet connection. The wing also conducts on-line examinations for various short courses.

Emerging Technologies and Applied Research Cell : The ETRAC will develop expert knowledge on advances in technology and design of marine machinery and systems, stealth design of warships, use of Nanotechnology for Marine Engineering, materials suitable for marine use and applications for induction in the Navy and will be entrusted with training young officers and sailors so as to become better 'knowledge warriors' of the Indian Navy. As part of the execution of its role, ETRAC has created a few training dockets. Docket on NANOTECHNOLOGY is provided below as an example of the work being done by this wing.

Engineering PCT School : The EPCT school conducts pre-commissioning training courses in Engineering, PGD and machinery controls for Officers and Sailors. Major training aids in the school include training models of P-15/P-25/SNM/OPV machinery, M 3 GT & 1250 GTG Simulators, cut section models of propulsion gas turbine & gas turbine generator. A well equipped PGD bay is utilised to impart training on electrical power generation and distribution systems.
